Meet the Staff
Ben & Beth Wenrich
Ben has served as Lead Pastor of Crossroads since 2021. Ben and his wife, Beth, have been married 25 years and are blessed with one married son, Josiah, and his wife, Naomi, a daughter, Stevi, and three sons, Keion, Tristan, and Ariah.
Ben and Beth have loved having the opportunity to do ministry together for 23 years. They have worked side-by-side in children’s ministry, youth ministry, discipleship, and adult ministries. Together, they have a passion to minister to the whole family unit and to serve the community in the surrounding areas.
Jeff & Angie Niner
Jeff is the Ministries Operations Director at Crossroads. He leads in helping members use their God-given gifts by serving in the church. He and his wife, Angie, have three kids, Jadon, Katie, and Devin. Angie works in the Financial Office at Crossroads and together, Jeff and Angie also serve as youth group leaders.
Josiah & Naomi Wenrich
Josiah is the Student Life/Children’s Pastor at Crossroads. He has served in this role for the past 3 years. His number one passion is reading the word of God and applying it to his life. As the children’s pastor, his desire and prayer is that children will fall in love with Jesus and pursue Him all the days of their lives.
Naomi is the Administrative Assistant at Crossroads and has been since 2021. She and Josiah have been married for one year and are expecting their first child.
John & Emily Harbold
John is the Worship Pastor at Crossroads. John and his wife, Emily have been married for 10 years. They have a daughter, Evie, and a baby on the way. John oversees the worship teams, and the media and tech team. They are both passionate about leading people into the presence of God and raising up the next generation.
